RS 999 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

Welcome to RS 999 (rs999.life). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," "your") and RS 999 ("we," "us," "our," "the Platform"). They cover every aspect of your relationship with rs 999 — from creating an account and making deposits in PKR to placing bets, claiming bonuses and withdrawing your winnings.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing rs999.life or any associated mobile interface, creating an account, depositing funds or placing a bet, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms in their entirety and understand their content.
• You are entering into this agreement freely and are not acting under any misapprehension.
• You meet all eligibility requirements described in Section 2 of these Terms.
• You consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the RS 999 Privacy Policy.
• You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money deposited at rs 999.

These Terms should be read alongside the RS 999 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Where any conflict exists between those documents and these Terms, these Terms prevail unless otherwise stated.

RS 999 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered players of material changes by email or on-platform notification.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register or use any service at rs 999. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. RS 999 takes underage gambling seriously and employs age verification checks during registration and at key stages of the withdrawal process. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately suspended, all pending transactions cancelled, and the matter referred to relevant authorities if appropriate.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual player may hold only one registered account at rs 999. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a different name or a shared device — is a breach of these Terms. RS 999 uses device fingerprinting, IP analysis and payment method matching to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are found, all accounts involved will be suspended and bonus funds forfeited.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when registering at rs 999. This includes your legal name, Pakistani mobile number, date of birth and any payment details submitted during deposits or withdrawals. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances.

2.4 Own Account, Own Money

You must be the sole account holder and must only deposit funds that belong to you personally. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your rs 999 account, is not permitted.

3. Account Rules

3.1 Registration

Registration at rs 999 is free of charge. You create an account by providing your Pakistani mobile number and completing OTP verification. A valid Pakistani mobile number is required — international numbers are not accepted for registration.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your rs 999 account credentials. This means:

• Using a strong, unique password not shared with any other service.
• Never sharing your login details, OTP codes or session tokens with any third party.
• Logging out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Contacting rs 999 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

RS 999 cannot be held responsible for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain reasonable account security.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

RS 999 may request identity verification documents at any time — most commonly before processing significant withdrawals. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport or driving licence. Failure to provide requested KYC documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary account suspension or withdrawal delays.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. RS 999 may apply an inactivity fee of Rs 500 per month to inactive accounts after the 12-month threshold, deducted from the available PKR balance. Players will be notified by SMS before any fee is applied. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after 24 months of inactivity.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

RS 999 accepts the following PKR payment methods:

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals at rs 999 are processed to the same method used for the most recent deposit. RS 999 does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts or to payment methods not previously used for deposit. Before your first withdrawal, you may be required to complete KYC verification as described in Section 3.3.

4.3 Currency

All balances, bets, bonuses and payouts at rs 999 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). RS 999 does not operate multi-currency accounts and does not perform currency conversions. The PKR amount displayed in your balance is the exact amount available for betting or withdrawal.

4.4 Deposit Limits

Players may set voluntary deposit limits from their account settings at any time. RS 999 may also apply platform-level deposit limits in accordance with responsible gaming obligations. Where a player's requested limit is lower than the platform default, the player's chosen limit takes precedence immediately. Increases to deposit limits take 24 hours to come into effect to allow a cooling-off period.

5. Betting Rules

5.1 General Betting Policy

All bets placed at rs 999 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the product category — sports betting, casino games, slots, Teen Patti or virtual sports. These product-specific rules are available within each game or market. Where no specific rule applies, these general Terms govern.

5.2 Bet Acceptance

A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by the rs 999 system and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets placed during a system error, network interruption or odds feed failure may be voided at rs 999's discretion. RS 999 reserves the right to reject any bet without explanation, in particular where there is evidence of irregular betting patterns or where the bet exceeds permitted stake limits.

5.3 Errors in Odds and Prices

RS 999 strives to maintain accurate odds at all times. However, where an odds error occurs — including manifestly incorrect prices, "palpable errors" and feed failures — rs 999 reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous price. You will be notified and your stake returned to your PKR balance in full if a bet is voided under this clause.

5.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

The minimum single bet at rs 999 is Rs 100 across all sports markets and most casino games. Maximum stake limits vary by market, game and player tier. RS 999 reserves the right to reduce maximum stakes for individual players where unusual betting patterns are detected.

5.5 Live / In-Play Betting

In-play bets are accepted at the discretion of rs 999. RS 999 may suspend in-play markets at any time — including during incidents, delays or connection interruptions — without prior notice. Bets placed and confirmed before a market suspension remain valid unless voided under Section 5.3.

5.6 Voided Bets

Bets may be voided where: the event is abandoned; the event does not reach a minimum completion threshold; an error in odds or event data is identified; or rs 999 determines that the integrity of the market has been compromised. Voided bets have their stakes returned to the player's PKR balance in full.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

RS 999 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions set out at the time the bonus is offered. Where no specific terms are stated, the following general conditions apply.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your rs 999 account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The standard wagering requirement at rs 999 is 25x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated for a specific promotion. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus requires Rs 25,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.

6.3 Qualifying Bets

• Sports bets: Bets at odds of 1.40 or above count 100% towards wagering requirements.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire 30 days from the date of bonus credit unless a different expiry period is specified at the time of the offer. Expired bonus funds are removed from your account automatically without compensation.

6.5 Bonus Abuse

RS 999 takes bonus abuse seriously. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; using irregular betting patterns to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk; collusion with other players; and placing bets that contradict each other to eliminate wagering risk. Where bonus abuse is identified, rs 999 will void all associated bonuses and may suspend or permanently close the account.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited at rs 999 and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds:

• Creating more than one account (any device, any identity).
• Providing false registration information including name, age or contact details.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or money laundering.
• Using automated scripts, bots or software to interact with rs 999 in any way.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event.
• Sharing account access or playing on behalf of another person.
• Exploiting software bugs or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing rs 999 support staff or other players.
• Using the platform for commercial purposes without written authorisation from rs 999.
• Attempting to circumvent deposit, stake or withdrawal limits through split transactions.

RS 999 cooperates with regulatory and law enforcement bodies where required. Where illegal activity is suspected, account balances may be frozen pending investigation.

8. Responsible Gaming

9. Privacy and Data

10. Intellectual Property

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from or commercially exploit any rs 999 content without prior written permission.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use rs999.life for personal, recreational purposes only. This licence does not include the right to scrape, index or systematically download any content from the Platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

RS 999 provides the platform and its services on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to rs999.life at all times. RS 999 shall not be liable for losses arising from:

• Temporary unavailability of the platform due to maintenance or technical failure.
• Internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Delays in mobile wallet or bank transfer processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Losses suffered as a natural consequence of gambling on games of chance.
• Decisions made by the player in reliance on information displayed during a technical error.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rs 999's total liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the PKR balance held in that player's account at the time the relevant claim arises.

12. Account Termination

12.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your rs 999 account at any time by contacting support at support@rs999.life. Before closure, any remaining PKR balance (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be paid out to your registered payment method. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours.

12.2 Closure by RS 999

RS 999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering or collusion is suspected.
• The player has provided false registration information.
• A court, regulator or law enforcement authority has directed us to do so.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform or other players.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms breach, any bonus-derived balances will be forfeited. Genuine deposited funds may be returned at rs 999's discretion following investigation.

13. Changes to These Terms

RS 999 may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered players of material changes by email to the address associated with your account or via an on-platform notification. The most recent version of the Terms is always available at rs999.life/terms-conditions.

If you disagree with any update to the Terms, you should stop using rs 999 and close your account before the effective date of the change. Continuing to use the Platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
